Are there any upfront costs?

There are NO UPFRONT COSTS to you! Focus Wealth Recovery is not paid unless we recover your money.

There are massive amounts of ongoing governmental audits, attorney fees, filing claims, legal opinion letters, and more that we work through to help you win the fight and recover your money.

None of these costs you anything upfront and we only receive a portion of the money that we recover for you AFTER all the work is done.

How long does this process take?

Each case is unique. It typically takes 3-6 months. We will work as quickly as possible and notify you as soon as we have a more definite timeline.

How do I know this is not a scam?

We don't require any type of payment from you. Scams only work if you pay the scammer upfront. We ask for nothing other than your permission to WORK FOR YOU!!

Worst case scenario. We find out the money has already been permanently defaulted to the state or claimed by other debtors. In that case, because we didn’t collect anything for you, it wouldn’t cost you a cent. We bare 100% of the cost of doing all the research and legwork. There’s never any upfront cost to our clients.
